I've written before of my love for this weapon, and when i came across this picture of a "Pox-doctors clerks" SKS rifle system, i felt compelled to show other affictionado's of the semi-auto this photo.
I know looks dont kill, but this rifle has "don't mess with me" stamped all over it.

heheh... Thanks Anthony, that's actually my Yugo SKS. (I own survival-gear-guide.com). I bought that stock from a fella here in the U.S. that used to make them, called his site "nouglyguns.com" He used to make some really nice stuff, but unfortunately he's not around anymore from what I can tell. There is still a nouglyguns.com, but its just some wanker who bought the name and put up a crap site.
The stock fit really well with no "adjustments" needed. I own a fair number of rifles, but that SKS is definitely one of my favorites. Fun to shoot, has never given me a minutes trouble, great running gun.

Anyway... good to hear from you again, thanks for coming back... great post on the Savage early survival rifle... m4 That's a real obscure one !
Pox doctors clerk... I had to crack a beer and google that one ! Funny.
