for me a combo rifle is the best choice I know the savage combo is out of production but baikal produce a lot of interesting combos like :
22lr/410 ,22wmr/410 ,22lr/2o ,223/12 ,308/12 ,30-06/12
few years ago I buy savage combo in caliber 30-30/12 for my wilderness expedition who I work as a guide and I like it (I HAVE A M6 COMBO BUT IS A LITTLE BIT SMALL in caliber) now I BUY A BAIKAL COMBO 308/12 FOR MY SON
AND WE LIKE IT I KNOW is a little bit heavy rifle but is a 2 different calibers in 1 and you can survive with a rifle like that.
